JANUARY GENERAL MEETING MINUTES

• Welcome.
• George Shurter gave members the updated treasury report.
• Todd Jennings relayed the latest membership numbers to the club.
• Kathleen Rifkin announced a 2/1/08 deadline for the next newsletter issue.
• Dave Badolato was thanked for a job well done with the Jingle Jog.
• The 24 th Annual Winter Series 5K Road Race dates are as follows: 1/13, 1/27, 2/10 & 2/24. Registration and race take place at The Richard C. Ward ATC in the Middletown Psych. Center .
• Elections were held and the following individuals were voted into the following positions for 2008:

President: Todd Jennings

Vice President: Frankie 5K

Vice President : Brian Rivenburgh

Vice President: Tara Pipia

Treasurer: George Shurter

Secretary: Joann Nowak

Steve Holmbraker thanked the club and his officers for their support and efforts. He then welcomed Todd Jennings to say a few words to club members.

• Todd announced that Phil Melillo will be taking over the membership committee.
• Tonight's guest speaker was John Finnigan. John spoke about the 2008 Grand Prix and his Marathon experiences.
• Meeting was adjourned at 8:45 PM .
• Next month's meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2008 . Food at 7 PM and meeting at 7:30 PM .
