JUNE GENERAL MEETING MINUTES

Todd Jennings , Club President, greeted all in attendance and recognized new members.

CLUB BUSINESS & INFORMATION:

Club Meetings will now be held the second Wednesday of every month.

• Monthly Treasurer's Report was given by George Shurter.
• Wednesday evening track workouts continues to thrive according to Track Coach, Bill Schneider.
• Club will have tent at the Classic Health Expo on Sat., 6/12 for new member drive.
• To celebrate 30 years of the ORC, we will be holding a Summer “Hash”. Details will be forthcoming.
• Sweat Gazette will be arriving this week.
• If interested in taking tent to events, please contact Brian Rivenburgh.

UPCOMING EVENTS:

• Rhulen Rock Hill Run and Ramble, 6/20
• Lap4Life, 6/26 – Chadwick Lake , Newburgh
• ORC Walk Party – Saturday, 7/17. Fancher – Davidge Park , Middletown

SHOUT OUTS / MEMBER ANNOUNCEMENTS:

• Congratulations to Kathleen Rifkin, Carolyn Negrycz and Joe Marchesano on running the Vermont Marathon.
• EJ Szulwach gave a summary of his Chester Hambletonian 5k race and was happy with the number of shirts the race collected for the Braeside Camp.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:50 P.M. Next Month's Meeting will be Wednesday, July 14 th at Old Erie Pub & Grill in Middletown , NY . Food at 7 P.M. and meeting at 7:30 P.M.
