Waiver: I agree by listing my event on the Orange Runners Club (ORC) website to support the said listing by abiding by good sportsmanship and fair practices toward the participants, athletes, volunteers and all who are connected with it. I also agree to supply correct information for said listing and timely updates for the members and viewers to depend on. I also agree to release ORC from any damages or costs that may be connected with the listed event, including but not limited to errors in spelling, incorrect times or locations, event results or photos nor is the ORC is responsible for any injuries or damages from the event, further I for myself, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Orange Runners Club, Inc., its officers, the USAT&F and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in these club activities the part of the persons named in this waiver.
