MARCO’S UNFINISHED SYMPHONY 5K

Marco Pabon was 53 years old. He was an avid runner who participated in countless races in the Hudson Valley and proudly ran Boston Marathon three times. Marco was stricken with Glio Blastoma and died 21 months later. Before dying he told his friends he wanted to direct a run in Monticello. Want to do it for Marco’s spirit?
Run through the streets of Monticello and finish at Nature Lounge. Then enjoy the Happy Hour drinks, snacks, and good times with friends, and of course with the memory of Marco.

All $10 entry fees will go to alleviate funeral expenses of a life cut too short.
We encourage you to make a donation - even a few dollars, even if not participating to assist the family in the funeral expenses.

One could say that the stars were aligning themselves perfectly the day I met Marco Pabon.
